In this session, we will examine some of the typical scenarios that many organizations face and discuss practical approaches and experiences for addressing advanced data governance needs.

- Effectively manage the governance needs of multiple stakeholder groups
Gretchen Burnham, CDMP is an experienced Data Management Consultant with many years of experience in Business Metadata Management, Data Governance and Stewardship, and Product Master Data Management. Gretchen has a strong focus on concrete delivery of business value through data management and governance best practices.
Becky Lyons, Ph.D., is a Principal Consultant for First San Francisco Partners and specializes in helping people and organizations understand and improve their performance.
