 Program Manager, Cathi Greenwood, will share strategies and templates to ch
 allenge and encourage every part of the organization to improve their data 
 management practices, even when each group is at a different starting point
  and when the change leader has a small budget and little authority. Geared
  toward organizations’ data and change leaders, the presentation will
  share open-source tools for assessing data management maturity, analyzing 
 data ethics, and ensuring data equity. Cathi will show her roadmap with its
